For several consecutive years, the National Agency of Natural Resources (AKBN) is part of voluntary blood donation sessions, organized in cooperation with the National Blood Transfusion Center, as part of the national campaign to promote voluntary blood donation.
This initiative aims to support patients with ongoing transfusion needs, including individuals with thalassemia, chronic diseases, hemophilia, those undergoing dialysis, as well as accident victims requiring urgent medical intervention.
Voluntary blood donation constitutes a civic act of vital importance for the effective functioning of the healthcare system and AKBN reconfirms its commitment by demonstrating the values of solidarity, humanity, and commitment, thereby making a direct contribution to saving human lives.
