After concluding the tender review process and the selection of two free areas of oil exploration in Albania, the Ministry of Energy and Industry announced the winners “Shell” and “Petromanas” companies for Block “4”, and “Navitas” company for the exploration of block “Dumre “.<\/span><\/span>

\nNational Agency of Natural Resources has started the procedures for negotiations on the main terms and conditions of the Petroleum Agreement with winning companies “Navitas Petroleum Limited” part of “Delek Group” Ltd, for oil exploration block “Dumre” and with Business ” Shell Upstream Albania B.V\u201d and Petromanas Albania GmbH for Block 4.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>
\nEvaluation and selection of winners was based on the investment program submitted by applicants, and the history of the company aiming the diversification of investors.<\/span><\/span>

\nOctober is expected to conclude the second round for three blocks on land: Block ‘C’ Block ‘5’ and Block ‘Panaja\u2019.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
