FOR AN AMENDMENT TO DECISION 37, dated 28.01.2002 THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS “ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTION-mine rescue”, AS AMENDED
Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 14 of the law nr.8741, dated 15.02.2001 “On safety in mining operations”, the proposal of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
- Paragraph 10 of the decision no.37, dated 01.28.2002 of the Council of Ministers, as amended, is amended as follows:
“10. The organizational structure of the department of inspection and rescue in mining (RISHM) be as according to data, attached to this decision”.
- The decision nr.744, dated 11.09.2006 of the Council of Ministers repealed.
- The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy to implement this decision.
This decision shall enter into force after its publication in the Official Journal.
